Job summary

Kids Planet Penwortham is hiring a SEND Early Years Educator on a fixed-term contract. You will support children with SEND to engage in learning and thrive, within an inclusive, caring team.

You will collaborate with families and external agencies to create tailored support plans, ensure safeguarding and EYFS standards, and provide a nurturing environment. We offer training, wellbeing, and a supportive central team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 2 UK-recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive safeguarding knowledge.
• Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with SEND to engage fully in learning and reach their potential.
• Work closely with families, staff, and external agencies to create tailored support plans.
• Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.
