Job summary

Kids Planet Penwortham is hiring a SEND Early Years Educator on a fixed term contract to support children with SEND and help them reach their potential. The role involves working with families and external agencies to implement tailored support plans in an inclusive, nurturing setting.

Successful candidates will have at least Level 2 EY qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding expertise, and prior SEND experience. DBS checks and safeguarding training are required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive safeguarding knowledge.
• Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with SEND to engage in learning.
• Work closely with families, staff, and external agencies to tailor support plans.
• Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children thrive.
