Job summary

Kids Planet Frodsham is seeking a SEND Early Years Educator to join our warm, community-focused nursery. You will support children with SEND to engage in learning and reach their potential, work closely with families and external agencies to tailor support plans, and help create an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued.

Qualifications

Must be at least Level 2 UK recognised early years qualification.
Excellent understanding of EYFS.
Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist children with SEND to engage fully in learning and reach their potential.
Work closely with families, staff, and external agencies to create tailored support plans.
Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued and able to thrive.
