Job summary

Kids Planet Wallasey is seeking a SEND Early Years Educator to support children with SEND within an inclusive learning environment. You will collaborate with families, staff, and external agencies to tailor support plans that help each child grow and thrive.

The role requires a UK Level 2 early years qualification and strong safeguarding knowledge. Training via KP Academy, wellbeing initiatives, and a friendly support team are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Experience working with SEND in an early years setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with SEND to engage in learning and reach their potential.
• Work closely with families, staff, and external agencies to create tailored support plans.
• Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued and able to thrive.
