Job summary

Kids Planet Shrewsbury is seeking a SEND Early Years Educator to join our team and help children thrive by supporting those with SEND to engage in learning. You will work with families and external agencies to tailor support plans and create an inclusive, nurturing environment.

We require at least Level 2 in a UK early years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding experience, and a background in SEND.

• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Experience of working with children with SEND requirements.

• By assisting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to engage fully in learning and reach their potential.
• Through working closely with families, staff, and external agencies to create tailored support plans that meet each child's needs.

What a SEND Early Years Educator needs:
