Job summary

All Saints C of E Primary School in West Bromwich is seeking a learning support practitioner to join our SEND team and support the education and wellbeing of pupils with complex needs. The role is term-time only with 5 training days, working 32.5 hours per week at All Saints C of E Primary School, Wilford Road, West Bromwich, West Midlands.

• Specialist knowledge and experience of supporting the learning and development of pupils with behaviours and needs frequently associated with complex conditions.
• Experience with complex communication needs.
• Ability to create positive learning experiences for the most vulnerable children.
• Ability to support through intensive interaction.
