Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing a busy team and leadership qualities.
• Strong understanding of SEND legislation, including the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice.
• Experience handling SEND Appeals, Tribunals, and formal Mediations.
• Knowledge of recent developments in SEND case law and best practices.
• High standard of communication both orally and written.
