Woodlands School, part of Bourne Education Trust, is seeking a SEND Class Teacher for its Esher satellite provision. This full-time role (32.5 hours) focuses on autistic pupils with learning difficulties within a welcoming primary setting.

We offer a generous salary (£35,602-£54,328 with SEN Allowance), generous TPS pension, ongoing training, wellbeing support, and a range of staff benefits including free parking and a cycle-to-work scheme.

Competenze

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
• Experience in SEND and inclusive education settings preferred.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to work collaboratively with SENCo and staff.

Mansioni

• Deliver the curriculum appropriate to age and ability and develop teaching materials.
• Be accountable for attainment and progress of pupils, planning to support potential.
• Collaborate with the SENCo to contribute to SEN Support Arrangements.
