Job summary

Tweeddale Primary School is seeking an experienced, dedicated SEND Teacher to lead teaching and learning of our independent learning provision within our inclusive mainstream school.

This role requires expertise in EYFS continuous provision, child-led development and adaptive scaffolding, to build a sensory‑aware environment that bridges care and progress.

You will design a bespoke SEND curriculum, oversee EHCPs and ILPs, and line-manage support staff within Greenshaw Learning Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience designing bespoke SEND curriculum.
• Knowledge of EHCPs, ILPs and Behaviour Support Plans.
• Experience line-managing support staff.
