Salary: Pt M1 to Pt M6 (£36,413.00 to 48,532.00)

Sherwood Park School is an all age (3-19) Foundation Special School for pupils with Severe/ Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties and /or disabilities (SLD/PMLD), as well as pupils who are Autistic with complex support needs. The school is unique with two existing Campuses - Sherwood Park and Sherwood Hill to meet the highly individualised needs of each of the learners. We are excited to be opening a third campus in September 2025. The Manor Campus is designed to meet the needs of primarily autistic learners as well as some with moderate learning difficulties, many of whom have additional differences and complexities.

We are looking for teachers with recent and successful class teaching experience who have high expectations of what children and young people with learning disabilities and autism can achieve. Experience of teaching pupils with learning disabilities and / or autism in a special school is desirable, but we have lots of experience supporting teachers with a mainstream background to succeed.
