Job summary

Robertsbridge Community College is seeking a Teaching Assistant (Facility) on a fixed term basis to support learners, including those with SEND and autism spectrum needs. The role requires strong organisation, multitasking under pressure, and excellent communication with students and staff.

The successful candidate will work under supervision to assist learning activities, support inclusion, and maintain a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism within the college environment.

• Experience or interest in working in an educational setting.
• Experience of working with SEND learners with autism and SPLD needs.
• Multitask under pressure and juggle many tasks at once.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service skills or experience.
• Attention to detail, pick up on oversights and rectify problems.
