Wirral Council is seeking a SEND Assisted Travel Support Officer to support vulnerable individuals in special needs transport. The role will involve administrative duties and ensuring safe transit to schools and day centres, emphasizing community welfare and service excellence.

We’re looking for a SEND Assisted Travel Support Officer to join a busy Special Needs transport team. You will support the administration and operations of the team, looking after vulnerable children and adults travelling to and from home to schools/colleges and day centres.
Successful candidates should have suitable office experience, including telephone work, be computer literate, and be familiar with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams. You will also have the ability to process invoices and payments.
