A leading company is seeking a SEND Assessment and Review Assistant in Greenwich to support the education and health assessment process for children with special needs. This role is crucial for ensuring timely assessments and providing high-quality support to families and professionals. Immediate availability is preferred for this temporary but potentially extended position.
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority inGreenwichto assist with the appointment of aSEND Assessment and Review Assistant, on a 4.5-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £14.74-£18.49/hour
Summary:
The SEND Assessment and Review Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessment and review process for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This includes acting as a primary point of contact for families and professionals, ensuring compliance with statutory timescales, coordinating multi-agency inputs, and providing high-quality administrative and organizational support across the SEND service.
