If you have experience working with children diagnosed with Autism (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH), Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), then it is highly likely we will be able to find you a position within our SEND schools, or even mainstream schools. We provide 24/7 support and will build a strong relationship with you to understand your needs and what role will best suit you.

We help schools throughout London find Short-Term and Part-Time staff to assist with Daily, Short-Term, and Long-Term supply needs. This allows you to maintain a flexible lifestyle and work when you are free, while also gaining valuable experience in the SEND Education Sector.

All individuals working in a school will need an enhanced DBS on the update service. If you do not have this, we can assist by sending you a direct link for you to apply. If you have worked overseas for over 6 months within the last 5 years, you will need an OSPC (Overseas Police Check) - both of these are needed due to safeguarding, and will be a requirement for all school environments.

Salaries will differ depending on the role being inquired about; we have listed the salary of a teaching assistant above.

Qualifications needed depending on the role:

Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant

• Level 2/3 qualification as a teaching assistant or equivalent
• Previous experience working 1:1 or with small groups
• Encouraging and supportive personality

SEND Teachers

• QTS or equivalent (We accept NQT and experienced)
• The ability to inspire young minds
• Excellent time and classroom management

SEND Nursery Teaching Assistant

• Level 2/3 in Early Years Education or Childcare
• Experience working within a nursery and/or with children with ASD
• A supportive and caring nature

SENCO

• Experience working within SEND schools
• A QTS or equivalent
• An SENCO certification
