Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and a passion for supporting young people to achieve their full potential? We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional SEND Administrator to join our Learning Support team and provide high-quality administrative support to our Director of Inclusion (SENDCo) and wider SEND department.
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our school's SEND provision. You will coordinate Annual Reviews and SEND meetings, maintain accurate student records, support the administration of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), liaise with parents, carers and external agencies, and help ensure that statutory SEND processes are delivered effectively and on time.
Working closely with staff, families, the Local Authority and specialist professionals, you will play a key role in helping students with SEND receive the support they need to thrive both academically and personally.
Experience of working in a busy administrative environment is essential, and experience within a school or educational setting, particularly knowledge of SEND processes and school management systems, would be advantageous.
At Sunbury Manor School, you will be part of a supportive and dedicated team that is committed to ensuring every student is given the opportunity to succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference to the lives of young people while developing their career within education.

In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance, we may also conduct an online search about any shortlisted candidates as part of our due diligence to identify any matters that might relate directly to our legal duty to meet safeguarding duties, in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
The successful candidate will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
The Howard Partnership Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment
Due to the nature of this role, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken. In making your application, it is essential you disclose whether you have any pending charges, convictions, bind-overs or cautions and, if so, for which offences. This post will be exempt from the provisions of Section 4 (2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Therefore, applicants are not entitled to withhold information about convictions which for other purposes are 'spent' under the provision of the Act, and, in the event of the employment being taken up; any failure to disclose such convictions will result in dismissal or disciplinary action. The fact that a pending charge, conviction, bind-over or caution has been recorded against you will not necessarily debar you from consideration for this appointment.
