Job Title: SENCO and Team Leader

The Cedars Academy at Lionheart Educational Trust

We are seeking a passionate, committed, and inspiring SENCO and Team Leader to join our Senior Leadership Team and help us deliver our vision for pupils with SEND.

Position Details:

  • Permanent and full-time

This is a unique opportunity as we are a truly inclusive school. Our provision includes a large specialist speech and language unit and a small bespoke SEMH school called Endeavour.

Role Overview:

  • Lead a dedicated team of LSAs and work alongside our Assistant Principal (also a SENCO) for Endeavour.
  • Shape SEND provision strategically at The Cedars.
  • Promote equity and equality, putting individual needs at the center of decision-making.
