I'm working in partnership with a warm, inclusive primary school in Peckham that is seeking an experienced and passionate SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to join their team from September 2025. This role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis – the school is open to shaping the position around the right individual.

About the School:

This is a welcoming, community-focused primary school with a strong commitment to inclusion and pupil well-being. The leadership team is supportive, forward-thinking, and genuinely values the contribution of a skilled SENCO.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Have previous experience as a SENCO
  • Have proven experience supporting children with a range of special educational needs
  • Be confident working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies
  • Be highly organised, proactive, and a great communicator
  • Be passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives
