Candidate requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) with National SENCo Award or willingness to complete it.

• Significant teaching experience, ideally including experience working with students with SEN.

• Strong understanding of EHCPs, graduated response, and inclusive pedagogy.

• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Passionate about removing barriers to learning and promoting wellbeing.
