An inclusive secondary school in Chipping Norton is looking for an experienced and dedicated SENCO to lead its SEND provision from September. The school is passionate about providing every student with the opportunity to succeed and has developed a strong reputation for supporting students with additional needs.
As SENCO, you will lead the SEND department, work closely with teachers to ensure the implementation of tailored interventions, and support students with EHCPs. You will also play a key role in staff development and ensuring the school maintains its inclusive ethos.

National SENCO Award (or willingness to complete)
