An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and committed SENCO to join an Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary school in Bath from September. The school is renowned for its inclusive ethos, exceptional pupil outcomes, and forward-thinking approach to special educational needs.

As SENCO, you will lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school, ensuring that all pupils receive tailored support that enables them to thrive. You will manage EHCP processes, liaise with families and external agencies, and support teachers in differentiating effectively to meet a wide range of learning profiles.

The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or a willingness to complete it), and a deep understanding of current SEND policy and practice. You will have oversight of provision for students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with a direct influence on academic, emotional, and behavioural support systems.
