• A qualified SENCo (or willing to complete SENCo qualification within the first year).
• Extensive experience in SEND teaching and working with students with various learning needs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
