Our colleagues' wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at OFG, so we're always looking for new ways to improve everyone's work/life balance. We're taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent).
If the trial is a success, we'll be rolling the 4DWW out across the Group - so there's never been a more exciting time to join!

The SENDCO will ensure effective management of Special Education Needs provision, meeting all legal and statutory requirements for students needing SEN. The role involves providing professional guidance to teaching staff, overseeing EHCP reviews, liaising with multi-agency professionals, and ensuring high standards of SEN support.
New Barn School offers a broad, balanced curriculum for students aged 6-19 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. The school utilizes outdoor learning, including forest school, farm experiences, and horse riding, and is located within a commutable distance from Swindon, Oxford, Andover, Basingstoke, and Reading.

Work Pattern: You'll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, providing more personal time. This 4DWW is subject to successful probation and is not a contractual benefit.
