Job summary

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking SENCo professionals for pre-booked short-term and long-term assignments across primary and secondary schools in Greenwich. Roles offer planned coverage for maternity, sickness, sabbatical, and temporary-to-perm opportunities with dedicated consultant support.

Ideal candidates hold UK QTS, SENCo experience or leadership qualification, and a solid understanding of SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes.

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• SENCo experience and/or a relevant SEN leadership qualification.
• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
• Excellent knowledge of SEN provision and EHCP processes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Confident working with pupils, staff, parents and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Take on pre-booked short-term and long-term assignments across primary and secondary schools.

• Collaborate with school staff and external professionals to ensure pupil support.
