Job Title: SENCO
Salary: Up to £53.000.00 per annum (not pro rata)
Contract:Permanent; Term Time only

As part of our continued growth in service, we are looking for a SENC0 to join our amazing team at New Barn School in Newbury, Berkshire.
About the Role
The SENDCO will ensure that Special Education Needs provision is effectiveand efficiently managed and that all legal and statutory requirements are met for students needing SEN.
The SENDCO will take on the day-to-day responsibility in the Education Team to provide professional guidance of SEN to teaching staff in order to maintain and increase a high-quality standard of teaching, to make good use of resources to improve standardsand achieve positive outcomes for the students.
Review, attend and lead EHCP reviews for pupils. Liaise with class teachers in advanceof meetings to ensure up to date information is collected and collated. Liaise with multi-agency professionals, Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher to ensure that all outcomes are updated, outcomes are shared with class teams and other key staffas well as external professionals.
