Outcomes First Group’s Tilewood School in Buckinghamshire seeks a senior SEND leader to establish an outstanding SEND provision from the ground up. You will design systems, lead EHCP processes and coach staff to deliver personalised support for pupils with autism and additional needs.
As a founding member of the school’s SLT, you will drive strategy, policy and curriculum development, ensuring compliant practice, family partnerships, and high expectations across Key Stages 1–2.

Location: Tilewood School – Buckinghamshire, MK18 5AN
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent | Term time only

Working in close partnership with colleagues, families, therapists and external professionals, you'll help establish a culture where inclusion, ambition and high expectations are woven into every aspect of school life.This is a rare chance to build an outstanding SEND provision from the ground up. You'll design systems and processes, develop innovative interventions, champion best practice, and coach and inspire colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes for pupils with Autism and additional needs. Tilewood School is an exciting new addition to the Options Autism family, provisionally set to open its doors in April 2027. Designed to support up to 72 students aged 5 to 16, the school will offer a nurturing and inclusive learning environment tailored to meet the diverse needs of its pupils.
For over 19 years, Options Autism has provided specialist care and education for children, young people, and adults with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties.
