Responsibilities
  • Lead the SEN department and be responsible for the smooth day to day running of SEN.
  • This is a full-time position requiring exceptional organisation, efficiency and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
  • Deliver SEN teaching plus mainstream teaching and work closely with the pastoral team.
  • Coach, mentor and lead others; have thorough knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice.
  • Support students with a range of abilities and needs.
