Job summary

Chancellor's School in Brookmans Park is seeking an outstanding Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to start January 2027. The post holder will provide strategic leadership and direction for the SEND Faculty and ensure it is managed and organised to meet the aims and objectives of the school.

The SENCO will support the Senior Leadership Team in securing effective teaching and learning, the holistic well-being of SEND pupils, and the development of school policy and practice.

Job description

Required for January 2027, an outstanding Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) who will provide strategic leadership and direction for the Special Educational Needs Faculty and ensure that it is managed and organised to meet the aims and objectives of the school. To support the Senior Leadership Team in securing effective teaching and learning, the holistic well-being of SEND pupils and developing school policy and practice.
