A leading community support organization is seeking passionate support workers to assist individuals with diverse needs. Full training is provided, and flexible roles (full-time and part-time) are available. The organization emphasizes a positive impact, communication, and respect for those supported. The ‘outstanding’ person-centred support we deliver aims to maximise potential, encourage independence, and help engage our service users in meaningful activities.
The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Therefore, you must be flexible in your availability (both waking nights & sleeps available). We are recruiting for permanent roles: full-time (36 hours/week) and part-time (24 hours/week), with shifts from 19:30 to 07:30.

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. We seek someone who shares our vision and ethos and can demonstrate positive values.
