Job summary

Mountford Manor Primary School in Swindon is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant (complex needs) and MDSA to join our dedicated team. The role includes 28 hours for SEN TA (term time 39 weeks) and 3 hours per week for MDSA (term time 38 weeks).

The appointment is permanent, with salaries aligned to NJC scales: SEN TA £16,934.14–£17,753.11 and MDSA £1,740.49. We value a caring, ambitious and collaborative staff culture.

About This Role
