TP Tutors in Didcot is seeking committed and experienced tutors to support primary and secondary pupils with SEMH needs, going beyond traditional lessons. The role values consistency, patience, and genuine understanding to help learners reconnect with education.

Expect to start in the September term, with 10–15 hours per week, and core hours 8:30 am–3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Tutors must maintain high safeguarding standards and provide professional feedback to schools.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or other complex needs.
• Strong behaviour management rooted in empathy.
• Confidence working independently and maintaining professional communication.

Responsabilités

• Accurately record and report attendance.
• Monitor and document academic and emotional progress.
• Provide clear, professional feedback to schools and professionals.
• Maintain safeguarding and record-keeping standards.
