Academics Ltd in Rochester is seeking an experienced SEN Tutor to support a student in Rochester. This part-time role offers flexible hours and curriculum ownership to tailor lessons to the learner's needs.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapt approaches for SEN learners, and build a supportive relationship to help the student progress. Previous tutoring or teaching experience is essential, with a patient, adaptable approach and strong communication skills.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Tutor to support a student in Rochester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator who enjoys creating engaging, personalised learning and wants the freedom to shape the curriculum around an individual student's needs.

About the Role

As the tutor, you will take the lead in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the student's abilities, interests and learning needs. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the curriculum, adapting your approach to help the student build confidence, develop their skills and make meaningful progress.

You will ideally have experience working with children with SEN, although previous tuition or teaching experience is essential.
