Qualifications
At least 1 year experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH needs.
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
Minimum of 2 consistent weekdays available.
Responsibilities
Work 1:1 or 2:1 with children in their homes or specialist settings.
Plan and deliver personalised educational sessions.
