Prospero Teaching is seeking a SEN Tutor for Oxfordshire-based sessions. The role is temporary, part-time with flexible hours (morning, noon or evening) and pays £25-30 per hour.

You will provide 1:1 tuition in Functional Skills, Maths and/or English, supporting learners with SEN including Autism, ADHD and SEMH, and design individualised lesson plans aligned with EHCPs. DBS and right to work in the UK are required; experience in educational/therapeutic settings is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year experience working with children or young people with SEN in educational or therapeutic settings.
• Experience teaching or supporting Functional Skills and/or core subjects (Maths or English).
• Right to work in the UK and Enhanced DBS check.

Mansioni

• Provide 1:1 tuition in Functional Skills, Maths and/or English.
• Design and deliver individualised lesson plans aligned with EHCPs.
• Work with learners with SEN including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, global development delay and communication difficulties.
• Liaise with parents, carers and professionals for coordinated support.
• Maintain a calm, engaging approach to build trust and student engagement.
