Remedy Tutoring is seeking an experienced Core Subjects Tutor to support students across South Croydon and surrounding areas. You will deliver personalised tuition in English, Maths and Science, adapting methods for SEN needs, and travel between homes, libraries and schools as required.

The role emphasizes building confidence, tracking progress and coordinating with parents and professionals to support each student's targets. A minimum of 2 years' tutoring experience and PGCE/QTS are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 2 years' teaching or tutoring experience.
• Relevant teaching qualifications, such as PGCE or QTS.
• Experience working with children and young people with SEN.
• Experience adapting teaching methods to support a range of learning needs and abilities.
• A full driving licence and access to reliable transport, as travel between tuition locations may be required.
• Strong knowledge of core subjects, particularly English and Maths, with ability to teach Science where appropriate.
• Excellent communication, organisation and lesson-planning skills.
• A patient, empathetic and flexible approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with students.
• The ability to work independently and provide engaging, personalised tuition.
