Job summary

A leading educational organization is seeking Special Education Needs Teachers in West Yorkshire. The role involves 1:1 tutoring with children with diverse educational needs. Candidates should have professional teaching qualifications and experience in special educational needs. Offering flexible part-time to full-time hours and a child-centered approach, this role focuses on transforming the quality of education for vulnerable young people.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years teaching experience.
• Experience with SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs.
• Enhanced DBS required (assistance available at cost).

Responsibilities

• Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND.
• Plan and deliver holistic and engaging sessions.
• Complete progress reports and provide feedback on progress.
