Job summary

Protocol is seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor in Stevenage to join our Supported Studies team. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £30,000 - £44,000 per annum plus a pension.

You will design engaging programmes for learners aged 16-24 with SEND, delivering inclusive teaching that helps students build confidence, independence and employability skills. As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will differentiate lessons to suit varying abilities, monitor progress and foster

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with experience supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you have the ability to engage, inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential?

We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Tutor to join a highly successful Supported Studies team, delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students aged 16-24 with a range of additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in helping learners develop the confidence, independence and employability skills they need for adulthood, further education and future employment.

The Role

As an SEN Tutor, you will plan and deliver engaging, inclusive and learner-focused programmes that meet the individual needs of students with SEND. Working within a supportive and experienced team, you will create a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to thrive both academically and personally.

You will use a variety of teaching strategies to support learners of varying abilities, helping them develop key life skills, independence and the confidence to progress towards their future goals.
