As a SEN Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalised learning experiences that cater to the individual needs and learning styles of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group tuition sessions in English and Maths to students with SEN.
• Develop and implement personalized learning plans based on students' specific educational needs and goals.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage and support students in their learning journey.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and school staff.
• Collaborate with SENCOs, teachers, and parents to ensure a coordinated approach to student support and development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience in teaching English and Maths, preferably in an SEN setting.
• Strong knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and establish a positive learning environment.
