Qualifications

Are you a passionate tutor or teacher with experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

With a growing demand for high-quality tuition, TP Tutors is looking for dedicated educators to provide personalised support to students of all ages in Enfield. Whether you have experience in 1:1 tutoring, small group interventions, or classroom teaching, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Designing lesson plans for each of your sessions
  • Monitoring attendance, sessions & lesson engagement through our digital platform
  • Communicating with TP Tutors & Parents/Carers effectively
  • Making Safeguarding a priority
  • Flexibility to offer remote and in-person tuition

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent
  • Experience with primary or secondary-aged children
  • Enthusiasm, engagement, and resilience
  • Understanding & Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Experience in 1:1 tuition
  • Skills at managing challenging behaviours
