Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a Trainee Teaching Assistant (SEN) in Eastbourne to support pupils with special educational needs, providing 1:1 assistance and small group interventions. You may assist in playground duties and help run breakfast/after-school clubs, working within school hours 08:30–15:30.

The role is temporary to permanent, with a salary of £463–£500 per week depending on experience and qualifications and includes access to free training and dedicated consultancy support.

Qualifications

• Willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service.
• Right to work within the UK.
• Committed to completing the required training and CPD.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small group interventions.
• Assist in playground duties and run breakfast/after-school clubs as needed.
