Qualifications

• Genuine desire to support pupils with SEN
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and support staff
• Calm and patient disposition in dynamic situations
• Willingness to meet DBS and safeguarding requirements

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis or small groups
• Assist in delivering whole-group interventions
• Help supervise duties in the playground
• Support breakfast/after-school clubs as required
