Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Trainee SEN Teacher for an outstanding OFSTED school. This is a 2-year specialist training programme starting as a 1:1 teaching assistant, with fully funded training and qualifications to become a SEN Autism Teacher.

Based in a fantastic OFSTED 'Outstanding' setting, you will support the primary division with pupils aged 4+ who have severe and complex needs, including Autism and communication challenges.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

What You'll Need to Apply

• Essential: GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent).
• Essential: Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Desirable: Previous experience in teaching, care, or as a Teaching Assistant.
