Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistants needed!

Step into the field of education and pursue your goals by becoming a dedicated Teaching Assistant with GSL Education in Plymouth. We are working with a Special Needs school seeking additional support on a short-term basis. Roles are flexible: full-time, part-time, hourly, and half-day positions.

The school caters to children with Special Needs from KS1 to KS5, all with EHCPs. These children have various needs including Autism, communication, and behavioral challenges, requiring 24/7 care, assistance with toileting, feeding, and personal care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience is preferred.
  • Applicants with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will be prioritized.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Valued qualities include compassion, patience, and empathy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are crucial.
  • A commitment to supporting students' success and well-being is vital.
