Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated classroom support for Year 1 and Year 2 students with SEN.
• Utilize effective behavior management strategies to create a calm and productive learning atmosphere.
• Apply de-escalation techniques to support students in managing their emotions.
• Assist the lead teacher in delivering tailored lesson plans meeting individual pupil requirements.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to track student progress and contribute to a supportive school culture.
• Foster a safe, encouraging, and engaging environment where every child feels valued.
