Job summary

• Ability to support learning across literacy, numeracy and PSHE.

Responsibilities

• Support small classes of 8-13 students grouped by ability and needs.
• Assist with literacy, numeracy and daily living skills.
• Help students communicate using Makaton, signs or aids.
• Provide guidance to manage anxiety, emotions and behaviour.
• Work within a supportive, trained education team.
