Role Overview: As a SEN TA, you will provide targeted support to students with diverse learning needs, working closely with teachers and support staff to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.
Key Responsibilities: Work one-to-one or with small groups of students with SEN, providing tailored support.
Assist teachers in planning and adapting lessons to meet the needs of SEN students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Support the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Track student progress and communicate with staff and parents about achievements and challenges.
