Term Time Teachers Ltd in East Sussex and Brighton is seeking caring SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEMH needs and complex behavioural needs in specialist schools.
You will build trusting relationships, support pupils with diverse needs, and work flexibly across full-time, part-time, and supply contracts. Salary is day rate and determined by qualifications and relevant experience, in line with client pay policies.

Salary: 93- 110 per day

Academics are working with specialist schools and alternative provisions across East Sussex and Brighton, supporting children and young people with SEMH needs, trauma and complex behavioural needs.
We are looking for caring, resilient and patient SEN Teaching Assistants who can build positive relationships and provide consistent support to pupils who may have experienced significant challenges.
Previous school experience is desirable but not essential. Experience in youth work, residential care, children's services, mentoring or behaviour support can also be highly relevant.
