A large mainstream primary school in Walthamstow, London, is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join from April 2025 on a full-time, permanent basis to support children with SEN.
Position Details:
The school is accessible by tube, bus, and car, within walking distance of two local stations.
They are looking for two SEN Teaching Assistants with experience working with children with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, challenging behaviour, or learning difficulties. Recent graduates in Education, Psychology, Criminology, or related degrees who are eager to work with SEN children are also encouraged to apply.
Your main role will be to support your assigned child, build rapport, and help them access the curriculum confidently. You will work closely with the class teacher and receive excellent support and training.
