  • Assisting with personalised learning programmes, including communication development, sensory exploration, and life skills

  • Supporting students with personal care and mobility needs (full training provided if required)

  • Facilitating engagement in classroom and practical activities, using specialist resources and assistive technology where appropriate

  • Promoting independence, confidence, and social interaction in a safe, structured environment

  • Working closely with tutors, therapists, and support staff to deliver an integrated, holistic approach to learning

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting individuals with PMLD or complex SEN (school, college, or care setting)

  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to meeting a wide range of physical and learning needs

  • Willingness to support with personal care and physical assistance as part of daily routines

  • Excellent communication skills, including non-verbal communication methods

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, Health & Social Care, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential if you have strong practical experience
