radewind Recruitment is currently looking for compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with high needs, including personal care, in specialist SEND schools across Wandsworth. These are full-time, long-term positions offering rewarding opportunities to make a real impact in students' daily lives.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with complex physical and learning needs

• Assist with personal care routines including toileting, feeding, and hygiene, maintaining dignity and respect at all times

• Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, and healthcare professionals

• Support pupils' independence, emotional wellbeing, and engagement in learning

• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment
