We have a new SEN Teaching Assistant vacancy available for a September start.


Key Details:


Position: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant


Student: Year 1 female student


Location: Longsight


Start Date: September 2025


Hours: Full-time


Pay: Competitive, based on experience and nature of the role


About the Student:

This student is academically bright and making strong progress; however, she has growing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. She frequently enters "flight mode," attempting to leave the classroom or even the school grounds. She also demonstrates high demand avoidance and often does not complete tasks when asked.


We are looking for someone who is:


Patient, proactive, and calm under pressure


Experienced in supporting children with SEMH needs


Committed to building a trusting, consistent relationship

Eligibility Requirements:
